Executive Team

In general, our Executive Director and Deputy Executive Directors are supported by 4 main branches; Community Engagement, Volunteer Management, Project Management and Secretariat.

 

 

Department description

Community Engagement

This branch is responsible for the sponsorship & publicity of all Avelife Foundation events. They are supported by the Art and Design branch in the designing of publicity materials.

 

Volunteer Management/ Human Resource Team

This branch is responsible for the management of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee members and volunteer databases. In addition, they are also responsible in all human resource matters. They will be assisted by Community outreach and partnership branch in engaging the volunteers.

 

Subcommittee- Training and Programme Development The training and programme development branch is responsible for the development of training programmes for members and volunteers to equip them with the necessary skills. They are also responsible for promoting service learning.

 

Project Management

The project team is responsible for the planning and implementation of all projects under Avelife Foundation. They are to ensure that the projects are carried out smoothly. The project team will be assisted by Logistics branch on all logistical issues.

 

Secretariat

The Secretariat plays a significant role in coordinating the work carried out under the foundation with that of other relevant branches and organization, and represents the foundation at meetings of relevant bodies.
